SIGO - Organizational Management System

SIGO in development - Organizational intelligence for shared management

In addition to supporting the independent professional activity of each cooperator, CTVC has been reinforcing a new focus since 2024: developing internal projects. These serve as a space for experimentation and long-term investment in product development.

As a cooperative, one of the major challenges we face, also identified among our partners, is the lack of internal organization and management systems tailored to the specificities of shared management companies, where decisions are distributed and transparency is essential. It is precisely in this context that SIGO emerges, an organizational intelligence system for cooperatives, NGOs, and other organizations with participatory management principles. Since March 2024, we have been working on this project, which is now at the core of our daily management, particularly in budgeting, internal fund control, and transparent distribution of resources and surplus among members.

Solutions like SIGO are part of the business infrastructure of future organizations. Applying principles of good commons management: active participation, clear rules, and shared responsibility, through software and automation is the way forward.

It was with great satisfaction that, despite SIGO still being in its early stages, it was selected by Startup Portugal and IAPMEI under the Startup Vouchers – New Digital Products program, within the Portugal 2030 framework, worth €30,000. This recognition is further confirmation that we are on the right path with CTVC's strategic direction.

This project and funding includes exploring and integrating different technologies to shape a new generation of collaborative management software.

More information about the platform can be found on SIGO's website. We are also looking for organizations interested in establishing strategic partnerships for launching the first pilots.
